When is the right time to incorporate medical communications into my product's launch plan?

It's never too early to be thinking about the medical communications strategy for your brand. We recommend starting market-conditioning activities at least 24 months prior to launch. If that is not feasible, we have helped many clients prepare for launch in as little as 6 months.
